3 Ripe Avocados-peeled, pitted and diced
2 Limes - juiced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro - chopped
1/2 cup red pepper - diced
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 cup of Republic Salsa (half a jar)
1 /2 teaspoon of salt
Combine avocado, cilantro, salt, salsa, corn, red pepper, and lime juice in a bowl; mash with a fork or potato masher until smooth with small chunks.
Enjoy with chips or as a topping on pretty much anything.
